Ingredients
- 25 each Tart Shells frozen, uncooked
- 1.25 L Vanilla Pudding
- 450 gm Blueberries fresh, whole
Instructions
- Bake uncooked tarts in Multigen inside ½ size- 2” deep production pans, and cook for 50 minutes. Once cooked, let cool.
- In a large bowl, add custard and gently fold in blueberries.
- Prepare in advance by filling each cooled tart shell with the custard and blueberry mixture. Cover with plastic wrap to avoid drying tarts out.
- Serve Cold.
