Fajita Spice Mix

This rub works well with works well with chicken, or red meat dishes. Approximately 1 gm per portion.

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Airtight Container or Resealable Bag

Ingredients 

  • 12 gm Chili Powder
  • 6 gm Garlic Powder
  • 4 gm Cumin
  • 3 gm Salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If not using right away, transfer to an airtight container or re-sealable bag. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
