Ingredients
- 2.75 kg Potatoes fresh, peeled
- 70 ml Milk 2%
- 15 gm Butter or Margarine
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 ⅔ tbsp Parsley fresh, finely chopped
Instructions
- Peel potatoes, cut into 4. Transfer to a ½ size- 2” deep production pan and cover with water. Cover pan with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Place pan in Multigen for 50 minutes.Wash and finely chop parsley.
- Remove potatoes from Multigen, drain off water.Combine all other ingredients in a bowl.
- Using a mixer or masher, mash potatoes roughly and then add remaining ingredients. Continue to mash until smooth or desired consistency.Serve Hot.
- Bulk: Portion into service dishes or leave in bulk for dining room service.Cold Plating: allow to cool and plate alone or as a side dish. Place on the hot (or cold) side of the tray prior to service.
