Ingredients
- 30 gm Basil fresh, thinly sliced or chopped
- 1.3 kg Roma Tomatoes small cubes
- 125 ml Olive Oil
- 60 ml Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Basil dried, can substitute for italian seasoning
- 30 ml Garlic minced
- 1 ½ tbsp Sugar granulated
- 1 each Baguette sliced on a bias
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine the ingredients.
- Toast baguette and slice on a bias.
- Portion bruschetta mix using a 1 oz scoop and place on a baguette. Garnish with fresh basil.
